Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Laborer to join our team. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on construction sites and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.
Duties:
- Pave roads and driveways using heavy equipment
- Operate and maintain utility locating equipment
- Perform backhoe operations for excavation and trenching
- Bulldoze and level surfaces using a grader
- Operate front loader trucks for material handling
- Load and unload materials using loaders
- Transport materials using dump trucks
- Operate Caterpillar machinery for construction projects
Skills:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in operating heavy equipment such as backhoes, graders, loaders, dump trucks, and Caterpillar machinery
- Knowledge of utility locating techniques and equipment
- Ability to pave roads and driveways
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures on construction sites
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
